Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 5.0 / 5 from 8 reviews.

This was a purchase for my wife and her Beauty and the Beast Castle set from Lego. The case looks great and helps protect the completed set from dust and pets. The only issue my wife experienced was trying to get the small puzzle-like sections of the acrylic to fit together, and ended up with a small crack that formed when she was pushing the pieces together (not too noticeable though). I have Flying Box cases for my minifigures and I did not have this problem, so it may just be because there were more of those connection areas because her case is quite tall. She was a bit confused about which way to place the castle on the base since there were no instructions, but I helped her figure that out. The final and completed piece is great.

Excellent customer service! Two pieces of the case arrived broken. I emailed customer service on a Saturday, not expecting a response until the following week. I immediately received a response, and replacement parts were already being prepared to be shipped to me. Very rarely do you find companies anymore with such amazing customer service. I received the replacement parts very quickly and am extremely happy with my case.
